- Arnica is used for inflamation.
- Nopal Blanco were eaten.
- Mesquites were eaten.
- Platanitos were harvested from Biznagas (see foraging excerpt in video).
- Guinare is used for pimples.
- Simonillo is used for bile.
- Prodigiosa is used for nerves.
